Bill Miller

President & Chief Executive Officer

Bill is President & CEO of Oriden and serves on the senior leadership team of Mitsubishi Power Americas.

Bill has over 15 years in renewable energy spending the last five years in executive leadership roles. His unique vision for the future of clean energy helped drive the company’s growth, successfully merging the agility of a development team with the financial backing from Mitsubishi Power. Prior to Oriden, Bill was the director of finance at EverPower where he played an instrumental role in the sale of EverPower’s portfolio of 750MW operating assets and 2.5GW development assets. He assisted the Company in securing over $650M in construction financing, private placements and term loans as well as over $25M in Pennsylvania state grants for alternative energy projects. Prior to EverPower, Bill worked for several years at Deloitte.

Education: B.S.B.A. with a major in Accounting and a major in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond. Certified Public Accountant in Pennsylvania.

Michael Berlin

Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Michael is Vice President & COO of Oriden and leads the development, management and execution of our projects.

Michael has 16 years of experience in the project development and project finance sectors.  He has developed over 1 GW or solar and wind projects across various ISO’s.  Previously part of the development teams at EverPower, Recurrent Energy, and GE Capital Energy Financial Services, he brings significant expertise with a proven track record executing early, mid and late-stage items to achieve project investment and commercial operations.

Education: MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a B.S. in Energy, Business and Finance from the Pennsylvania State University.

Jason Harchick

Vice President, Engineering, and Interconnection

Gary Verkleeren

Vice President, Business Development

Gary heads up business development efforts and leads in collaboration with our Hydrogen business line.

Gary was a pioneer in wind energy development in the eastern US as part of the teams (Atlantic Renewable & Zilkha Renewable) that developed and constructed the first commercial wind power projects in NY, PA and WV in the early 2000’s.  With nearly 30 years of professional experience in engineering, development and construction, he held prominent roles in making over 2 GW of wind and solar projects come to fruition while at PPM Energy, Iberdrola, IEA White, and Everpower.

Education:  B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, USMC Veteran.

Kevin Graves

Senior Director, Engineering & Procurement

Kevin leads the project engineering and procurement functions at Oriden

Kevin has over 15 years of solar deployment experience across a range of sectors and geographies, including 12 years of engineering management.  He cut his teeth in the industry at REC Solar, Prospect Solar, and Direct Energy Solar / Centrica Business Solutions.  At Oriden, he oversees the engineering team supporting projects in all stages of development and procurement of modules, BESS equipment, EPC services, and long lead HV gear.

Education:  M.S. in Engineering Management from Robert Morris University and B.S. in Engineering Science from Pennsylvania State University
